Petite question sur le mercato estival : jusque quand les clubs peuvent ils changer leur effectif ? ça s'est arrêté au début de la saison régulière ou un peu plus tard comme au foot ?

Et lorsque les effectifs sont arrêtés, quelle est la marge de manœuvre des clubs ? Illimitée ? Je vois pau notamment changer 2 joueurs d'entrée de jeu, ils prennent pas le risque de ne plus pouvoir changer ?
